AvSys Support & Maintenance
Support services provided by us are second to none. We have a reputation for doing whatever is required to help our customers. Support is mostly provided via email; however, the customer can also choose to contact us 24/7 via telephone if preferred. Support also covers installation and training of new customers, as well as any follow-up training or specialised consulting as required.
AvSys is a continually maintained application with regular new releases. Each release includes new features, as well as any fault fixes identified since the last release. The main drivers of development tasks are the customers, followed by technological advances within the IT industry and our own internal research and development goals.
